This course is for teenagers who have a current Vermont Learner's Permit and want to obtain a Vermont Driver's License, and meets all state requirements. Attendance is required for all scheduled classes. Students must also be able to attend two driving appointments each week during the session.

• Students must be available for driving appointments (for Fall, Winter, Spring, Summer I Sessions) Mon, Tues, Thurs, at 6:45am and 4:00pm. Wed at 6:45am, 2:45pm, and 4:15pm. Fri at 6:45am.
• Please note that you may be required to schedule at least a few 6:45am driving appointments.
• If you are not able to commit to the above attendance and driving appointment requirements please do not enroll.
• 30 hours of classroom training
• 6 hours of behind-the-wheel training
• 6 hours of observation

2025 Spring Session: Weekday classes 6:30-8:30 PM and Sundays 9:00-11:00 AM; Mandatory parent/student Orientation 6:30-8:30PM, February 19. Scheduled dates: Feb. 19, 20, March 6, 9, 13, 16, 20, 23, 27, 30, April 3, 6, 10, 13, 17. Driving appointments will be 1 1/2 hour in length and only once a week for students.

2025 Summer I Session: Weekday classes 6:30-8:30 PM and Sunday classes 9:00-11:00 AM; Mandatory parent/student Orientation 6:30-8:30PM, June 1. Scheduled dates: June 1, 5, 8, 12, 16, 17, 18, 19, 23, 24, 25, 26, 30, July 1, 2, 3. Driving appointments will be 1 1/2 hour in length and twice a week for students.

2025 Summer II Session: All classes weekdays 6:30-8:30PM; Mandatory parent/student Orientation 6:30-8:30PM, July 28. Scheduled dates: July 28, 29, 30, August 4, 5, 6, 11, 12, 13, 18, 19, 20, 25, 26, 27, 28. Driving appointments will be 1 1/2 hour in length and twice a week for students.

Adult 6x6 Driver's Education Class

This course is for adults over the age of 18 who seek basic or supplemental driver training. All classes will meet virtually using Google Meet, and require an internet connection and camera. Course curriculum covers getting to know the vehicle, basic driving skills, review of the rules & laws of the road, driving in hazardous situations, defensive driving techniques, and VT DMV road test preparation. • 6 hours of individualized behind-the-wheel instruction
• Email support during and after class for any questions or concerns

Costs: $579.00 includes all classroom instruction, driving appointments, and course material.

Preparing for the Vermont DMV Road Test

• One hour virtual classroom training on preparing for the DMV road test
• Includes a review of all driving skills evaluated & how the test is structured
• Review of what documents are needed & how to make an appointment
• Review of costs, road test location options, and more

Costs: $29.99 for the virtual synchronous classroom experience only. $109.99 includes virtual synchronous classroom & one hour of in-car tutoring (scheduled based on tutoring availability). $309.99 includes one hour virtual classroom & four hours of in-car tutoring.

Individual and Small Group Classes

Create individualized or small group classes that focus on differentiated, adapted, and flexible instruction. Classes will be created in collaboration with administrative staff, families, and locations where qualified space is available.

Costs: Tuition will be dependent on class size and location costs.

Tutoring

Private tutoring available customized to meet the needs of the individual.

Costs: $80.00 per hour for driving appointments starting and ending at pre-approved location. $90.00 per hour for driving appointments requiring a pick up and drop off service. Pick up and drop off service is only offered within a five mile radius of Essex Junction City Center and need prior approval from Epic Driving. Package rates (four hours or more) will include a 10% discount.

Consultation for schools and families

Support private schools and families to create in tailored Driver Education Programs to include:

• Consultation on DMV requirements
• Space & location needs
• Curriculum design, implementation
• Program assessment
• Homeschool group class support, consultation, and program design

Costs: Consultation fee will be based on client needs and type of consultation
